Goa minister, son booked over rape
Goa Education Minister Antanasio Monseratte has been made a co-accused in the crime relating to alleged abuse of a German girl by his son Rohit Monseratte. Earlier on Tuesday, Rohit was charged with raping a minor German girl in a case which also had a violent overtone after a social activist was attacked for apparently helping the victim's mother to get justice.
