Godrej Consumer buys 51% stake in African hair care firm
Godrej Consumer Products Ltd (GCPL) has acquired 51 per cent stake in hair-care company Darling Group Holdings as it aims to expand its presence in the fast growing African market. This will be GCPL's fourth deal on the subcontinent over the last four years.
