Gokaldas may ink deal with Blackstone
Country's largest textile exporter Gokaldas Exports is close to stitching a new deal. It is in talks with leading overseas private equity players.Blackstone is believed to be chasing the deal and if the deal goes through, Gokaldas is likely to issue fresh shares and raise capital. The proposed deal values the company above a billion dollars.
