Government Accepts 14th Finance Commission Recommendations
Govind Rao, Member, 14th Finance Commission, talks to NDTV about the 14th Finance Commission recommendations. He says that this commission has taken into account the total requirements in the revenue account without differentiating between plan and non-plan expenditure and cannot compare the recommended 42 per cent devolution of central taxes to states with 32 per cent earlier.
