Union Minister Anurag Thakur has presented a written proposal to the protesting wrestlers after a meeting with them that lasted over 5 hours - assuring them of a fair probe against the wrestling federation chief Brij Bhushan, whom they had accused of sexual harassment back in June 15, but had no word on his arrest.
