In a huge embarrassment to the ruling BJP, ally Shiv Sena decided to stay away from the no-confidence vote in parliament. The decision coincided with an all-out attack in the Sena mouthpiece 'Saamana', which carried an editorial saying: "Those ruling the country are butchers, who save animals but kill humans."
