Govt failed to build consensus on FDI in retail: Arun Jaitley
The Opposition stands firm ahead of an all-party meeting where UPA government's main trouble-shooter Pranab Mukherjee will try to break the logjam on FDI in retail. Speaking to NDTV, BJP's Arun Jaitley says the "government has failed in its effort to develop a consensus on the matter." He insists that there is dissent even within the UPA.
