Govt may defer monsoon session
Manmohan Singh government is all set to defer the monsoon session of Parliament starting from August 11. With the cash-for-vote inquiry still on and the possibility of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) moving a no confidence motion, the government is keen to avoid an early session of Parliament and is likely to postpone the session till after the Independence day.
