Govt needs to do something to boost the economy: S Narayan
S Narayan, Former secretary in the PMO spoke to NDTV about his outlook on the Interim budget that would be announced on February 16. He said, given the current economic downturn that faces us, the government really needs to do something now to boost the economy rather than waiting for the new government to take fiscal measures. "The economy cannot afford to wait 3-4 months for the stimulus," he said.
