Govt set for Tribal Rehabilitation Policy
Even as rehabilitation for farmers affected by SEZ projects hangs fire, the government is all set to clear a new look for Tribal Rehabilitation Policy, which will give displaced tribals a share in the companies that displace them.Indications are clear that tribal tracts bearing much of the mineral wealth, which have been protected by the forest laws, are all set to be opened up.
