Govt to nail IPO scam offenders
Deepakbhai Panchal along with his wife Roopalben are the prime accused by CBI and the market regulator SEBI in the IPO scam. Their actions have triggered a series of investigations resulting now in the ban on 24 operators. CBI sources say it was a 'well-orchestrated effort' by the Panchals in which they tied up with three broking houses based out of Ahmedabad including H Nihalchand & Sons.
