Govt vs disabled: Appointments end up in dispute
It's long been very difficult for the disabled to get jobs with the government, which is why there was so much hope last year after the UPSC selected a number of disabled persons. It included four persons who are hearing impaired. Unfortunately, the appointments are now the subject of dispute.
