Govt wins amidst mud slinging in LS
The Manmohan Singh government is finally safe and secure. It won the trust vote by a comfortable margin, surprising everyone. But the two-day debate that preceded the vote was not without its fair share of high political drama from personal mud-slinging to the unprecedented scenes of three BJP MPs flashing wads of notes in the well of the House, claiming the money was given to them by the Samajwadi Party.
