Blackmailing through gay dating app 'Grindr' exposed, four accused arrested. Noida Police arrested four accused who used to blackmail people through gay dating app 'Grindr'. These accused would first befriend on the app, then make pornographic videos and extort huge amount from the victims. According to DCP Central Noida Shakti Mohan Awasthi, the accused would contact the victims through Grindr app and propose to meet. After the meeting, they would force the victim to have homosexual relations and secretly shoot their video. Later, these videos would be used for blackmailing.
