Rashmi Devi's child is specially abled. But he is not the only one in this Rajasthan village. The source of the illness affecting the villagers is contaminated groundwater with high levels of fluoride contamination. Lalita is now 18, when she was five, her mother noticed that she could not straighten her hand. Gradually, the problem started affecting other joints in her body as well. (Video credit: PTI)
