Grow up: Time to allow 'adult' content on national TV?
The government's recent invite to Indie filmmakers in an attempt to showcase their award winning work is marked by an anomaly. The existing Cable TV Network Regulation Act 1995 does not allow Adult content to be aired on TV channels which is often the certificate given to independent filmmakers.
