Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani was among the early voters as polling began in 89 of state's 182 assembly constituencies in first phase The elections are being held in two phases in the Prime Minister Narendra Modi's home state. In second phase on December 14, polling will be held in 93 seats in north and central Gujarat. Votes will be counted on December 18.
