Many first-time voters show subdued enthusiasm to vote. The Election Commission has criticised "urban apathy" for not voting. "I will not vote. I feel my vote will not make a difference. The party that is winning will continue to win," a young voter told NDTV. "I feel the party that is prominent in Gujarat is already in a winning position," another said.
