A BJP leader who had described Bilkis Bano's rapists as "Sanskari Brahmins" is on the list of the party's candidates for next month's Gujarat election. Chandrasinh Raulji, a former Gujarat minister, is the BJP candidate from Godhra. He is a six-time Godhra MLA.
