Gujarat: NGOs in the dock
They are called non-profit organisations but not all of them really work for non-profit. When the Gujarat riots took place, many NGOs sprung up overnight, supposedly to help riot victims. But five years on, many who were forced to relocate, say the NGOs have been of no help.
