With cyclone 'Biparjoy' barrelling towards the Kutch district in Gujarat, shelter homes are being set up with arrangements for rations and meals while an action plan is being put in place to tackle medical and health emergencies "We have mapped all the houses that could be vulnerable to cyclone Biparjoy. We have started working on shifting the population vulnerable to the cyclone and we have already shifted around 8,600 people to the shelter homes," said Kutch collector Amit Arora.
