Gujarat riot victims left in lurch
For all its political opposition to the Modi government, a central team of bureaucrats has agreed with it on certain key issues. A Home Ministry team had visited Gujarat in November to cross check the report of the National Commission for Minorities, which demanded more funds for 5,500 families living in relief camps.
