Gujjar report today, Meena minister quits
With Justice Chopra set to give his 200-page report to the CM today on whether the Gujjars deserve Scheduled Tribe status, pressure has already started building up on the Raje government. Gujjars in Rajasthan are also waiting to see what a committee report says about their demand to get ST status, as last summer, lakhs of Gujjar protestors had held several parts of the state to ransom blocking highways and towns.
