The COVID induced pandemic has not only had physical impact on the health but also on one's emotional and mental well being. While therapy counseling is something that has gained importance over time, 'pet therapy' is a service which is being studied by experts from all over the world including Harvard, on the positive impacts animals can have. Such is the story of a Gurgaon based start-up, 'Furball Story' - a pet friendly cafe, offering pet services that also housed pets who were abandoned during the lockdown.
