Rains hit parts of Delhi and Gurgaon on Wednesday, causing waterlogging and traffic jams in several areas. Several underpass including at Cyber City, Golf Course, Subhash Chock in Gurgaon are fully submerged in water. Traffic jams have also been reported in several road.
