Gurgaon to have community policing
The Gurgaon police have come up with a new method to check anti-social activities. They have told residents welfare associations to get ready for their new role as security observers. "We are involving the local residents and starting a community policing programme. They will give information and also keep a check on the police," says Mohinder Lal, Commissioner, Gurgaon Police.
