Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a new metro line in Gurugram, India's millennium City, and with the completion of the long-awaited Dwarka Expressway, a 40-50% surge in real estate prices indicates Gurugram's rapid growth. Apart from booming infrastructure, Gurugram is facing a declining position in the Swachh Sarvekshan ranking and an increase in air pollution.
