"Had Faith In Myself": Parul Chaudhary On Women's 5000m Asiad Gold
Indian athlete Parul Chaudhary displayed tenacity and tremendous temperament to clinch a gold medal in the women's 5000m at the Asian Games on Tuesday. Parul was in the silver medal spot before stepping up in the last 50 metres to pip Japan's Ririka Hironaka for the gold medal position with a timing of 15:14.75. The 28-year-old spoke to NDTV's Vimal Mohan about her mindset in the final moments of the race.
