'Happy Being Targeted,' Says Rahul: Gandhis On Backfoot In Agusta Battle?
Rahul Gandhi today reacted to an NDTV report on BJP MP Kirit Somaiya alleging a link between Agusta middleman and the Congress Vice President. Rahul Gandhi said he was "happy to be targeted". On The Buck Stops Here, we debate whether the Agusta controversy, at least the politics of it, has become a battle between the government and the Gandhis and whether the Gandhis are on the backfoot.
Am Ok With Being Called Whore Or Psychopath: Kangana Ranaut To NDTV
In an exclusive interview to NDTV, actor Kangana Ranaut, at the centre of an industrial-strength feud with Hrithik Roshan, said, "If a woman is sexually active, she's called a whore" and if she's "super-successful, she's called a psychopath". Ms Ranaut has testified to the police in a criminal case filed by Mr Roshan, 42. He has said that Ms Ranaut has lied about once sharing a romantic relationship with him, and that emails and photos that she claims came from him were actually sent by a man posturing as him online. Ms Ranaut said that the criticism of her - partly because she has refused to cede that she may have been mistaken about whom she was communicating with - does hurt. But when it does, she said, "There's always cupcakes you can fall back on."
