Happy with approval of investment board, circumspect about Land Bill: Adi Godrej
The Cabinet Committee on Investment is a good move to fast track infrastructure projects according to Adi Godrej, chairman of Godrej Group. However, he waits for the actual implementation of projects to judge the success of the committee. As for the Land Bill, Mr Godrej wants to see the details of the Bill as it appears from the initial reports, that acquisition costs and consent required may be too high a hurdle for the industry.
