Haryana herbal parks run into trouble
The state government in Haryana proposed to build herbal parks for eco-preservation two years ago.
But today these plans have run into trouble. The government has been busy investing crores of rupees on private land in the village of a Congress leader. For a state whose forest department is already under fire for opening up one of its few sanctuaries for an irrigation project here's another question it needs to answer.
