Haryana IFS officer to marry, panchayat objects

In what could mean the start of a welcome trend a Brahmin girl is marrying a boy of a different caste from another village. The girl, Neelam Sharma, is Haryana's first woman IFS officer, and has made many proud at her village Patharwali in Bhiwani. But her decision to marry Kuldeep Yadav - an IAS officer from Rewari has angered locals.
