Haryana legislator booked for assaulting rape victim

A legislator of the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) in Haryana has been booked for beating up differently abled rape victim and her husband in Bhiwani district of the state. Dharambir Obra and his wife have been booked for thrashing and intimidating the dalit couple on the directions of the Inspector General (IG) of Hisar.
