Has Mumbai been numbed by terror?

Mumbai is a city where, perhaps, the word for the moment is déjà vu. No matter who you speak to, they say it feels like we've been in this moment before. Everytime terrorism hits the city, all of us get angry and grieve. Then we get on with our lives. It is at times called resilience, and at times 'the spirit of Mumbai'. But is it really resilience or a brutalised society which has learnt to live with terrorism as a part of life? We debate on We The People.
