Has the RSS chief cleared the deck for Narendra Modi?
Is RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat working hard behind the scenes to make Modi more acceptable to BJP leaders? A day after senior leader LK Advani, BJP President Rajnath Singh met Mr Bhagwat in Nagpur today. Sources have told NDTV that Mr Bhagwat has made it clear that while Mr Advani would be a mentor to the party, he made it equally clear that Mr Modi would be the lone leader for the 2014 general elections.
