"Hateful Mindset": Samajwadi Party MP On Ajmer Sharif Dargah Row
After a court in Rajasthan issued notices to the Archaeological Survey of India and the Centre claiming there is a Shiva temple beneath the dargah of Sufi saint Moinuddin Chishti in Ajmer, Samajwadi Party Rajya Sabha MP Ram Gopal Yadav has hit out at the BJP. Mr Yadav said people from all over the world come to visit Ajmer Sharif Dargah and creating a controversy over that place only depicts a "hateful" and "shallow" mindset. He also accused the Union government of sidelining the Places of Worship Act.
