Have not violated model code, says Salman Khurshid
Hours after the Election Commission slapped a show-cause notice to Law Minister Salman Khurshid over a recent speech that promised a nine per cent sub-quota for backward Muslims in Uttar Pradesh, the minister denied violating model code. Defending his speech, he said he had a right to put forth his view.
