Haywood's exit due to human error: ATS
Heads are beginning to roll after US national, Kenneth Haywood, managed to leave the country despite a lookout notice. The Anti Terror Squad sources have said that his exit was because of a human error and an immigration officer posted at Delhi's IGI airport has been taken off the desk on the basis of a preliminary inquiry.
