HC allows minor to get married

A 15-year-old blind girl and the man accused of raping her were married Wednesday night. In a order that has horrified many, the Nagpur bench of the Bombay High Court instead of punishing the man, a Police constable who allegedly brutally raped the teenager, has allowed him to marry her. A year ago Constable Ramesh Manke Kidnapped and raped the young girl.
