HC pulls up environment ministry on its Lavasa stop-work order
The Bombay High Court has asked the ministry of environment and forests (MoEF) whether it was willing to allow constructions to resume in some places at Lavasa Hill Station. The court also suggested that Lavasa draw up a list of activities it needed to complete at the project.
