HC restrains Essar from selling BPL stake
The battle to control BPL's Mumbai mobile operations between Hutchison and Essar was played out at the Bombay High Court today. The judges asked both the companies to settle things though arbitration. Justice Nishita Mhatre asked Hutch and Essar to set up an arbitration panel in 30 days. The arbitration tribunal will comprise of three members, one each from Hutch and Essar, and one mutually decided neutral arbitrator.
