HCC to undergo restructuring, to split into 4 cos
Ajit Gulabchand, Chairman, HCC, is reconstructing his construction business and he is looking at splitting HCC into four companies with a holding company on top. NDTV has learnt after restructuring the promoter's holding will go up and each arm will operate independently.
