Headley A Psychopath, Can't Go By His Ishrat Testimony: Chidambaram To NDTV
Former Home Minister P Chidambaram, who is under fire over the Ishrat Jehan encounter case, says that terrorist David Coleman Headley is a psychopath and a double agent and that nothing he says should come as a surprise. Testifying before a court in Mumbai last month, Headley had said that Ishrat was an operative of the Lashkar-e-Taiba.
