Hearing-disabled man gets IAS wish

He started losing his hearing at the age of five and was completely deaf by nine. But despite a 15-year struggle, Mani Ram has finally made it to the IAS. Mani Ram cleared the IAS three times, but he was not selected on the grounds that he was deaf.
