Several parts of the national capital have been witnessing heavy to moderate rain since Thursday morning. The early morning showers -- the second spell in two days -- have brought respite to the residents from the sultry weather. But the showers have also led to waterlogging in some areas. News agency ANI reported that an underpass in Dwarka in South-West pat of the city was waterlogged due to the rain.
