Hemindra Hazari On M&A Action In Banking Industry

Banking expert Hemindra Hazari told NDTV that scope of M&A action among private sector banks is limited due to fragmented ownership structure. Also chances of hostile takeovers remain remote without the backing of the RBI which seems unlikely, added Mr Hazari.
