Brandishing phone records, Digvijaya Singh finally proved that he did have a conversation with Mumbai police officer Hemant Karkare hours before the chief of the city's Anti-Terror Squad was killed in the 26/11 attacks. A letter from phone company BSNL shows that the Congress general secretary called Mr Karkare's office on November 26, 2008 at 5.44 pm. Their conversation lasted five minutes.
