"Fake cases" are filed against AAP leaders everyday without any proof, AAP spokesperson Saurabh Bharadwaj told NDTV on Monday. "Since arrests are being made by central agencies without any proof, we (AAP leaders) are here to request PM Modi to arrest us all as well, " Mr Bharadwaj who wore handcuffs while protesting said.
