High Court asks Subhiksha to submit accounts
This is probably the toughest litmus test for troubled Chennai-based retailer Subhiksha. In a move that's expected to reveal the actual shape of the company, the Madras High Court upheld the appointment of a provisional liquidator against Subhiksha.
