The campaigning for the second phase of the Jammu and Kashmir assembly election ended today. A high-pitched campaign was seen in Jammu and Kashmir with political parties trying to woo voters. The second phase of polling will also decide the fate of Omar Abdullah, who is contesting from Ganderbal and Budgam seats. Polling will take place on September 25 for 26 seats. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is addressing two rallies - one in Surankote in Poonch, and the other Srinagar where he will campaign for Congress chief Tariq Hamid Karra, who is contesting from Central Shalteng seat.
